Exchanges and Returns


We hope you are happy with your purchase, but should you need to return an item, we promise to refund any unworn, unused item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 30 days of receipt, or to our store in the UK within 30 days of receipt. Items bought on sale must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

To return an item, email us at with the subject title 'Returns' and the 'Order Number.' In the email, state the reason for return. We will then send you a returns slip to include in the post when you return your item.

Enclose the returns slip within the package and label the parcel to the address: 


Post it to us within 30 days of the date that you received the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 30 days receiving it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items such as eye masks.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How do I return an item by post?

You can return an item by post within 30 days ( or 14 days if purchased in sale) of receipt.

Enclose the returns slip within the package and label the parcel to the address: ID PETERS LONDON RETURNS (Q73) ID PETERS LONDON 1 Croydon Road  Beckenham BR3 4AA. Post it to us within 30 days of the date that you received it.

Please remember to ask the Post Office (or your local posting office) for your postage receipt and retain it for your reference. Your receipt will contain proof of postage to prove the item(s) have been sent. Customers are responsible for retaining proof of postage as we can not refund any money if we do not receive the returned items.


When will I receive my refund?

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected (within a 7-14 days) we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are eligible for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted by them.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our fault. To process an exchange, send us an email at, we will respond with exchange options. Once confirmed, you will be able to send the original product back to us. In exchange, we will post the replacement product to you.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
