We’re sorry to hear that it’s not working out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase made through our website, idpeters.com. 

We are happy to let you know that you may apply for a refund or exchange within 28 days (4 weeks) of purchase as stated on your invoice/receipt. We do not provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased outside of our website idpeters.com. Please contact the retailer purchased from regarding their policy. Shipping fees and Item(s) listed as Final Sale are non-refundable.

The product you wish to return must be in the original packaging and must be unused. We do not refund shipping charges.

Please send your item(s) that you wish to return to our returns warehouse then fill out this returns form.

We ask you to ensure that the returns form is filled correctly, If you do not include your order number and product name, we are unable to process the refund or exchange.

Please be mindful of what is being sent to us, as any items incorrectly sent back cannot be credited and will not be sent back to you.

We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We recommend you purchase tracking services for your protection and to also save the shipping receipt for your records. Only items received and identifiable to you/ your order by our warehouse staff can be credited.

REFUNDS:

All returns will be credited to the original method of payment. We cannot refund to an alternative card. The refund will be issued upon processing of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 14 days* for us to receive and process your request. You will receive an email notification upon completion of return processing.

*Please note this timeframe has been impacted by COVID-19, so bear with us as we process your case.

Any products listed as final sale are not eligible for a refund. Travelbella Ltd reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse to provide a refund or accept your order for any reason – including, but not limited to, if we deem your order to be suspicious or fraudulent in any way. Non-returnable items:


Gift cards, downloadable software products and some health and personal care items such as eye masks.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use


CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened


Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.


Any item that is returned more than 28 days after order date.
